Alignment Lifts & Equipment

Alignment Lifts & Equipment

A proper alignment bay needs two things working together: a lift or rack that holds the vehicle dead level with turn plates and slip plates, and an aligner — the measurement system that reads the angles. We supply both, and we set them up so they actually work as a system.

Alignment-ready lifts we carry

These arrive built for alignment work, not retrofitted into it:

Challenger SX14 — 14,000 lb alignment scissor. Dealer-grade and fully bundled: two 7K rolling jacks, stainless turn plates, slip plates, LED lighting, and photocell sync all included. Built for daily 2- and 4-wheel alignments. Note it needs 6" / 3,500 PSI concrete per the install manual (not the 4" on the spec sheet) — exactly the kind of thing the Fit Check catches before you pour. Surface, extended-ramp, or flush-mount options.

Rotary ARO22 — 22,000 lb commercial alignment 4-post. For heavy trucks, dual-rear pickups, and fleet alignment centers. Comes bundled with 9K + 15K rolling jacks, stainless turn plates, air line kit, FRL, LED lights, and inflation system. Standard (273") or long (309") runways.

Challenger 4115 — 15,000 lb 4-post (service + alignment combo). The versatile pick if you want one 4-post that does general service and alignment. Alignment variants include slip plates and turn plates standard. Needs 4" / 3,500 PSI concrete and 11'+ ceiling.

Aligner equipment (the measurement system)

We're a Hunter dealer for alignment equipment. Important: Hunter equipment is sold by quote to customers in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, and Illinois — we don't ship Hunter aligners nationwide. If you're in our Hunter territory and want a quote on an aligner to pair with your rack, that's a conversation — reach out and we'll spec it with you.

How to choose

  • What do you align? Cars and light trucks → SX14. Heavy trucks/fleet → ARO22. Mixed service + occasional alignment → 4115.
  • Scissor or 4-post? Scissor (SX14) saves space and is alignment-purpose-built; 4-post (4115/ARO22) doubles as a service lift.
  • Do you need the aligner too, or just the rack? If you're in IA/MN/NE/IL we can quote the Hunter system with it.

Alignment setups are unforgiving about level floors and concrete — a free Fit Check confirms your concrete, bay length, electrical, and air before anything ships. Install coordination is deposit-based, and we service the lifts we sell.
