Lifts are heavy - most ship LTL freight. Here's what to expect and your delivery options.

Delivery Options

Standard Freight Shipping (FREE)

Most lifts ship via freight truck, crated on a pallet (1,500-3,500 lbs depending on the model). A semi-truck or flatbed will deliver to your location.

You will need a forklift, skid loader, or tractor with forks to unload. The freight driver does not unload - they deliver curbside or to your dock. If you don't have unloading equipment, choose one of the options below.

White-Glove Delivery (+$250)

We deliver and unload your lift - no forklift needed. Available in select areas:

• Iowa / Midwest - Iowa, eastern Nebraska, southern Minnesota, western Illinois, eastern Kansas, northern Missouri, SE South Dakota, SW Wisconsin
• Central Florida - Jacksonville to Naples, including Orlando, Tampa, and the full I-4 corridor

Can't Unload? We'll Help.

If you choose Standard Freight and don't have unloading equipment, check the "I can't unload this" box on the product page. We'll call within one business day to arrange a nearby receiving facility where you can pick up your lift.

Lead Times

Each lift product page shows whether the unit is In Stock (ships in ~5 business days) or Made to Order (typically 2-4 weeks). Custom colors add 2-4 weeks.

Accessories & Parts

Small items (adapters, footpads, kits) ship via UPS or FedEx Ground, usually within 3-5 business days. Free shipping on orders over $100.
